Reports of the Independent Auditors

Turin, April 15, 2010.  As required by Consob Communication No. 9081707 of September 16, 2009, Pininfarina announces that the Reports of the Independent Auditors on the 2009 financial statements of Pininfarina S.p.A. and the Pininfarina Group were issued — as was the case for the reports on the 2008 financial statements — with positive opinions and without qualifications, and contained a reference to a disclosure provided in the Report on Operations by the Board of Directors with regard to uncertainties about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern and the decision by the Board of Directors to nevertheless continue preparing the Company and Group annual financial statements at December 31, 2009 on a going concern basis.
