According to the terms of Clause 82 – CONSOB Regulation no. 11971, the company is exonerated from publishing the quarterly reports which are due at the end of each half-year, as the following reports are available at the company headquarters and at the market management company: the draft annual accounts for the year 2007 within 90 days of the closure of the year and the half-yearly report at 30 June 2008 within 75 days of the closure of the half year.
