Front surround frame as in its basic arrangement: several metal works and welding, the correct profile was obtained with heavy lead/tin application

The lower part of the nose structure is widely deformed and need to be re-shaped

The wheel arches are badly corroded and were cured by extensive application of filler paste

Here shown the wheelhouse rear wall with extended metal damage from rust

The upper part of the wheel arch edge is deeply pitted from old rust. The inner part of the sheet metal flanges are weakened and partly crumbled, as for the rear wall panel

Both outer and inner side rocker panels are compromised with rust and crumbling. They were partly replaced (outer sill panels) in old repairs or restoration works

The inner rocker diaphragms must be replaced
