Here shown is a trial upholstery for cushion and backrest of the front seats, looking for the original shape and refinements.

Colour paint tone definition

Starting from the colour history, a careful research was conducted for correct matching with reference samples.
Investigations were mainly on the original Dark metallic Green, Ivory White, Light met., Gold and Light met., Silver Grey.

Body restoration

The bare shell was chemically treated to eliminate every trace of old paint, rust and even lead fillings. This was intended for the most accurate removal of corroded parts without damaging original sheet metal panel as it happens for shootpeening or sandblasting procedures.

It is now possible to know all the assembly process of the body panels, and recognize old repairs and badly corroded parts.

Here shown are the perfect cleaning to bare sheet metal work……old repairs on sills…

…and dramatic rust corrosion on the lower part of the rear fenders!
We are now able to provide for proper sheet panel replacements and repairs all around.
