The base has in fact been conceived as a keel of a yacht, ready to move, to dive into the sea, which reminisce the Pininfarina identity and tradition in the transportation sector.
The concept has both an aesthetic and a functional purpose: first, the shape has been designed to respect the triangular acquired land, then the movement and the dynamism of the surfaces enlightening the big volume of the base. The garage and commercial areas have been placed at the base, the common areas, such as swimming pools and playgrounds, on the rooftop. Each area has been customized according to the needs of different targets. The towers have been designed with large glass walls to enable clear view of the wonderful landscapes situated right in the middle between the sea and the natural forest. The curve of the façade has the purpose to reflect at best the sea and the sky, making the building naturally part of the environment. Pininfarina will also be responsible for the design of all common areas, including the penthouse, providing a 360 Pininfarina luxury lifestyle experience that exudes elegance and innovation.
