Pininfarina Engineering Business Unit in Italy is looking for a Team Leader with demonstrable experience in multiple projects of managing the vehicle integration of Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS), Chassis Electronics (CE) systems and components to be placed in Electric& Electronic Department.

Key Responsibilities / Main tasksinclude:

- Definition of ADAS/CE system technical requirements and functionality at vehicle level
- Leading of ADAS/CE systems and componentsvehicle integration
- Managing suppliers in charge of ADAS/CE system development
- Synthesis and report of ADAS/CE team performance
- Running Module Meeting weekly with ADAS/CE team (OEM, suppliers, purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, testing and homologation depts.,…)sharing the project relevant information
- Project support with creation of vehicle test plans and relevant updating during its development
- Problem solving in order to manage and resolve issues
- Creation and presentation of ADAS/CE team summary status during Project Reviews

Hierarchical reporting to: Engineering Manager
Functional reporting to: Electric & Electronic Manager

Additional information:
- This position may require occasional travel with the purpose of visitingclients, suppliers’ sites and testing facilities

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of ADAS/CE functions and requirements
• Experience in vehicle integration of ADAS/CE systems and components
• Understanding of main vehicle attributes and performances
• Good understanding of automotive development processes is required together with the ability to lead and deliver projects on time, working within agreed timescales, meeting deadlines and resolving technical issues with strong solutions
• Knowledge of the FMEA tool (as user)
• Office, especially good Excel knowledge
• English language: intermediate level
• Driving license is needed
